What the enemy is really after is your faith. Because if he can weaken your faith, then he can weaken your relationship with God.

Remember the Apostle Peter had revelation that Jesus is the Messiah, then Christ says to him, “upon this rock shall I build my Church, (shall I build upon the foundation of the revelation)”. …Let’s now go to Luke 22. Jesus says, “Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift all of you as wheat. But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers.”

There is a courtroom in the spirit realm where the enemy is making accusation against you, but Jesus is your Great Defender. Because of His grace, because of the mercies of God, because of His finished work on the cross. His mercies are new every morning because of the price that was paid on an old rugged cross…

No matter what attack the enemy is conspiring against your mind, your peace, no matter how the enemy plans to combat your purpose and your destiny- Jesus Christ is for you, He is interceding at the right hand of The Father in your defense. He ‘ever liveth’ to make intercession for you! Rest in Him!

“I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.” -Ephesians 3:16-19
