The first man to raise and altar was Noah and by divine intelligence he took the clean animals before moses had come up with the nomenclature of clean and unclean. This action appeared as an aroma in heaven and the writer of Genesis picked the conversation of Gods heart.

On earth men speak English but in heaven prayers are in the same category as sweet smelling incense. Abraham perfected the art of Altars he raised tents and then alters.

Tents are temporal but alters are permanent. Altars seal the reality of heaven. Every divine visitation that Abraham had he sealed it with an altar. Isaack pitched a tent and raised and altar and without hydrological intelligence he dug a well in the desert and found water. Altar is the language of prayer and calvary was the final altar raised by God with the best sacrifice. When men pray they are enforcing the realities of calvary in their area.
