| Right now as we are standing on the doorstep of 2020, simply walk in… and I declare deliverance and freedom over your house as you do!. I proclaim this is your year- It all begins with honoring God with His First Fruits as instructed in His Word.Twenty symbolizes redemption. The Hebrew letter “kaph” represents the number 20. Kaph is a palm, an open hand, in Hebrew. It signifies giving freely with the palm up, or covering sin with the palm down. Strong’s Concordance shows the number “2020” (hatstsalah) means: Deliverance or Freedom.I declare freedom and favor over you right now! This is an incredibly prophetic moment… I believe we will reverse everything that has tried to come against or manipulated you. We have to leave 2019 and enter 2020 strong! Often, it’s not that we are doing something wrong but not doing enough of what is right! THIS ALL BEGINS WITH HONORING GOD’S PRINCIPLE OF FIRST FRUITS! We put Him first in EVERYTHING! Please read on…First Fruits in Hebrew is “bikkurim” and literally means “promise to come.” And there is ONE who never breaks His promise – God! When you KEEP FIRST THINGS FIRST through faith and obedience, you turn God’s promise into provision…As Christians, when the Word of God clearly states something- we are obedient! And the Bible references first fruits or first things or devoted things no less than 32 times…“Honor the Lord with your substance, and with the first fruits of all your increase”(Proverbs 3:9)…The first represents the total. All firsts belong to God! and there is a reason why… “Honor the LORD with your possessions, and with the first fruits of all your increase; so your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow…” (Proverbs 3:9–10 NKJV). Right now, I declare that your obedience to honoring God will cause your barns to be filled with plenty and your vats to overflow in the name of Jesus!“When you come into the land which I gave you, and reap its harvest, then you shall bring a sheaf of the first fruits of your harvest to the priest” (Leviticus 23:9-10)…This divine establishment of God’s order is actually the root, the foundation that governs the rest. “For if the first fruit is holy, the lump is also holy; and if the root is holy, so are the branches” (Romans 11:16 NKJV).God claims the FIRST of ALL THINGS! It rightfully belongs to Him. When we apply the Principle of First Fruits, we see that all firsts should be given to the Lord: the first of the day, week (Sabbath), month, and the first of our harvest. It is a principle… Jesus declared to us, “But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness… all these things will be added to you,” (Matthew 6:33). God adds the “things” to you when the foundation is in place to be built upon. When we honor God and PUT HIM FIRST with our FIRST FRUITS offering, He unlocks every ‘thing’ for the remainder of the year- releasing 2020 to be A YEAR OF FREEDOM & FAVOR!!You can put God first in every area of your life by:PRAYING: Give God your first thoughts in the morning.PLANNING: Where do you want to be 365 days from today?MAKING AN OFFERING: When you give your first fruits offering, you are planting a seed for the remainder of the year. There is a greater portion that awaits you in honor of your first fruits offering!As you remember the Lord your God, according to Deuteronomy 8:18, through your first fruits offering, He gives you the power to acquire wealth to establish His covenant.Each January, I put God first and honor Him with the first of my sustenance by sowing a sacrificial First Fruits Offering. Some years that has been a week, other years a day or two, but there were some years I felt led to sow a month’s wages, that was my personal conviction and I obeyed. Every year many others join us and sow a First Fruits Offering, but everyone gives their best-It is not that you “Have to”… you can miss your moment and the blessing that comes with it if you choose… but it is that you “Get to!” It is about Honoring God. |

I challenge you to set aside time for him every day. Maybe you feel led to fast for a portion of this first month… And although I believe it is going to unlock unbelievable blessing all around your life, it is first and foremost about honoring God because He is worthy!As you sacrifice your offering to Him, you set a precedent of what will come. You release a great promise of provision as a result of your obedience.
