1. Will we be strangers because we neglected each other and failed to nurture our bond; or will we still be best friends in love?
2. Will we have damaged each other’s physical and emotional health because of stress and fights; or will our love be the reason we are aged yet healthy?
3. Will we be disappointed in how our children turn out because we failed to parent them well and inflicted trauma on them; or will be look at them with pride knowing our love, mentorship and sacrifices for them was worth it?
4. Will we look back and see our marriage had more problems than good times; or look back at countless of awesome memories?
5. Will we see marriage as something we tolerated; or something we enjoyed?
6. Will we sit back and regret how reckless we were with the resources we had; or will we sit back and enjoy the wealth we built as a couple?
7. Will we be ashamed, hide and feel we have no moral authority to advice the young on marriage and life; or will we proudly tell them “Hey, it works! We did it and you will too?”
8. Will we feel bad that we wasted so many precious times and energy on friends who come and go and affairs that didn’t last; or will we be proud that we stood up for our marriage?
9. Will we then run to God after abandoning Him for years; or will we look back and see how far we have come with God, testimony after testimony?
10. Will we look back and see shattered dreams and unfulfilled purpose; or will we see how we helped each other achieve their goals and destiny?
11. Will you look at me with bitterness and pain; or with joy and gratitude?
12. Will God look at us and be grieved by how we treated each other; or will He be blessed by how we loved each other through the ups and downs like He intended marriage to be?
