This a big reason to critically Rethink the current Kenyan System Arrangement based on The KE Constitution.
Whom does it benefit fit most? And why do we have so many young well educated people jobless, walking the streets looking for opportunities, the same highly paid politician are incapable of creating due to entrenched corruption within the system.
What you did not add onto your calculation is the billions of KShs that is list through corruption, whether at County or State government level!
The solution might be when those that are denied opportunities start demanding what is their due without relating.
I always say that sticking to the constitution and executing it to the letter, as well as we can is the solution to most of KE Problems. Solutions are NOT going to come from more pieces of paper/documents be BBI or whatever, that will be conveniently ignored by the ruling elite.
The Solution is The People Believing in their ability and destiny to MAKE change happen.
The other big LIFT is educating the people to understand what their rights are and making them believe in standing for and for these rights.
Once people are able to do this in many different parts of the country, the political class will have to tow the line or risk being sidelined.
